REV Camp is a continuous 4 week “Total Body Conditioning” fitness program that offers real result- producing workouts all packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to shed the extra pounds, reach any personal goals, or just get fit before that special occasion, we can help. Our creativity and constant variety ensures no “boredom burnout.”
How Does The System Work?
Upon registering or signing as a new member, you will receive an invitation to our new member orientation meeting. During this time you will meet the TEAM REV, we will perform a group FMS assessment- which will enable us to see if you have any movement limitations, imbalances or if you struggle with certain movement patterns. By doing this we can help you fix those issues which will help you get the most out of your program.
You will also go through a short SFR ( Stretching and Foam Rolling) program, which will teach you how to perform the basic stretches, and how to perform self-myofascial release- preventing injury, increasing flexibility and helping you be less sore after workouts. The orientation will end with a mini- REV Camp workout just so you can see what kind of programming and atmosphere we have here!
What makes REV Camp so different? Why should I participate?
Great questions. First, our REV Camp program is locally operated and is 100% committed to your success. So, what does that mean to you? We set up all of our programs to ensure our members will achieve incredible results, unlike other programs that operate on head count and run generic programs. Our programs are constantly changing and updating so that we are always giving you cutting edge workouts. We utilize the highest standards of training, using scientific and advanced scientific training principles in a very fun and motivating team environment. The end product is a lot of fun while working out, a well-designed program, and long-lasting results.
At REV Camp your fitness coach will motivate and inspire you to get results without being pushy. We understand that every person is different, so we motivate you to success, rather than shoving you there. Every exercise and program is designed to motivate members from the beginners to the advanced. This is done by giving several modifications for every exercise. This is not a drill sergeant’s Boot Camp, and we will never yell at you or push you to do something that you do not want to. We motivate each other, working together to lose weight, shed inches and feel great!

What is a typical REV Camp session like?
There is no typical session! Each day is different, designed to keep the muscles always guessing and to help you reach your goals. REV Camp is designed as a total body workout, so most days at camp include HIIT cardio training, strength training, and essential core training. We utilize some of the most advanced cardio techniques, and highest metabolic cost exercises around. This means your body will always be working hard and the calories will always be burning at a high rate ( 450-900 + per class). You will perform many bodyweight exercises, as well as be using countless other tools, from tractor tires and barbells, toTRX and exercise bands. Everyday begins with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down stretch to prevent injury and allow proper rest for optimal training results.
What kind of results can I expect in 4 weeks?
Most members will see a 3-5% reduction in body fat, increased self confidence, 5 to 20 pounds of weight loss, greatly improved posture, and increased energy. Often they see an increase in strength and cardiovascular endurance of the entire body. Overall, members feel better about themselves, and their body and mind, leaving a feeling that they are free to take on anything. Of course the more you put into any program, the more you will get out of it!
What if I am not physically fit?
Everybody starts somewhere, right? Besides the least fit people are generally the ones that see the quickest overall results. Whatever fitness level you are at, TEAM REV will make sure that you are never left behind. Every exercise provides modifications, from the beginner to the advanced. You work at your own pace, take breaks when required, and will only see success if you measure yourself against your own goals. REV Camp is designed for us to motivate each other in a judgement free,team environment. All of our members are there to achieve a goal, and we will help each other succeed.
Will I be sore after REV Camp?
Most people feel a little soreness for the first week or so. After that, it is in a slight to moderate level. Soreness is part of the process of improvement; your body is telling you that you’ re improving. After the initial stage, you will love working out, and feel great doing it. Lack of soreness is a good indicator that your body has adapted to the stress of the workout, which means your results will probably become less and less noticeable. We don’t want that to happen.
Who attends the Boot Camp?
Honestly, people just like you. Those who need a little push to jumpstart their fitness, nutrition, and wellness program find great success at REV Camp. It is attended by all types of people, all ages ( 16-60), and all fitness levels ( beginner to advanced athlete). Our fitness coaches make sure that every member sees results.
Is this a ‘Boot Camp’ Program? (Are you going to yell at me? Do I have to wear Army clothes? Is my instructor going to be mean to me?)
NO, we really want you to come back the next day so we aren’t going to be mean to you. However, we are going to push you and encourage you to work hard but we aren’t there to train you for the Army or the Marines ( although that is available upon request). We just want you to get into better shape! Motivating people with positive reinforcement has always given us better results than just belittling people.
What if I have an injury? (bad knee, bad back, etc)
Our coaches are experts at modifications. Every exercise we offer in our program has two modifications: one to make it harder and another to make it easier. So, no matter what injury or symptom you may have, we can work with you to find a modification that you can do so that you continue to see results!
